By downloading and playing BrainJack, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

Please refer to the BrainJack Privacy Policy for critical information regarding how we collect and process your physical interaction data to enforce Responsible Gaming mechanics.

1. INTRODUCTION & SUPPORT

We are NX10.ME LTD ("NX10", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13746822.

We operate BrainJack, a simulated social casino game designed to showcase NX10's proprietary Responsible Gaming and player-protection technology.

Support & Data Requests: If you experience issues, need assistance, or wish to execute a GDPR data deletion or Subject Access Request, please locate your "Unique Hash" inside the game's Settings menu and email it to our support team at support@nx10.me.

2. NO REAL MONEY GAMBLING

BrainJack is a social casino game intended strictly for entertainment purposes.

No real money or anything of value can be won playing this game. Any "chips," "coins," or virtual currency used within BrainJack have no real-world value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or cashed out. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

3. THE "TIMEOUT" MECHANIC (RESPONSIBLE GAMING)

BrainJack is built to demonstrate proactive player protection. By playing the game, you acknowledge and agree to our core Timeout Mechanic:

Kinematic Monitoring: While the app is open, we monitor your physical interactions (how you tap the screen, device motion) to detect signs of frustration, "tilt," or dysregulation.
Mandatory Cooling-Off Periods: If our engine detects that your physical interactions suggest you are playing impulsively or with high frustration, the game will automatically lock you out for a mandatory cooling-off period.

You cannot bypass, appeal, or pay to skip a Timeout. This mechanic is a fundamental rule of BrainJack designed to promote healthy gaming habits.

4. AGE REQUIREMENTS

BrainJack is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to play. By downloading the app, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately if we believe you are under 18.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENCE

NX10 grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to play BrainJack on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or machine learning models powering the game's dysregulation detection engine. All algorithms, UI designs, and trademarks belong exclusively to NX10.ME LTD.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We provide BrainJack "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the game or the dysregulation detection algorithms will always be accurate, available, or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, NX10.ME LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the BrainJack application.

7. APP STORE TERMS

If you downloaded BrainJack from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and NX10, not with Apple or Google. However, you must also comply with the respective App Store's Terms of Service when using our application.
